Refund policy

Our product may be returned within 15 days of delivery if it is new, unused, and in resaleable condition. Approved returns will be refunded minus the original shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee.

Because this is a 3D printed product, visible layer lines are normal and are not considered a defect.

If your order arrives incorrect or defective due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.

We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of use, wear, damage, or handling beyond normal inspection.

Refunds are typically issued within four weeks after the return package is given to the carrier, though many refunds are processed sooner. This includes return transit time, inspection, processing, and bank posting time.
